Senator Coghill moved to take up SENATE BILL 80 am which had                                                                    
been tabled April 30 (page 958). Without objection, the bill was before                                                         
the Senate on final passage.                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
The question being: "Shall SENATE BILL NO. 80 am "An Act                                                                        
relating to proposing and enacting laws by initiative; and prohibiting                                                          
the state and its agencies and corporations from spending funds to                                                              
influence the outcome of certain ballot propositions and questions"
